The short version
- You can use the whole site without giving us anything.
- If you send the contact form, we get what you type in it. We use it only to reply and to fix or add listings.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits, but only if you click Accept. If you click Reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it never loads.
- We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and we don't run ads.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send the contact form: the topic you pick, the business name and message you type, and, if you give them, your name and email address. Forms are collected by our web host, Netlify, and forwarded to our email inbox (Microsoft Outlook).
When you visit any page: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server records such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. These are used to run and protect the site.
If you click Accept: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, roughly where visitors are (city level), device type and how long visits last. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
We don't ask for or knowingly collect sensitive information, payment details or account logins. There are no accounts on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your message, and to correct, add or remove listings.
- To see which pages people use, so we can improve the site (only with your consent).
- To keep the site running and secure.
We never send marketing emails, and we never add anyone to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: Netlify (hosting and forms), Microsoft (our email), and Google (analytics, only if you accept). Each handles data under its own privacy policy: Netlify, Microsoft, Google.
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject, and analytics never loads unless you later choose Accept yourself. Browsers' older Do Not Track setting has no agreed standard, so we don't act on it separately, but since analytics only runs after you accept, nothing is tracked without your say.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept as long as they're useful for keeping listings accurate, and deleted on request. Google Analytics keeps this data for 2 months, the shortest setting it offers, and then deletes it. Netlify's server records are kept according to Netlify's own policy.
Deleting a message you sent
The only personal information we could have is what someone types into the contact form. If you sent a message and want it deleted, email DellsDelton@outlook.com.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Listings link to businesses' own websites, Facebook pages and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Changes to this policy
If we start collecting something new, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
